Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Separate the shrimp into two groups, reserving 5-6 shrimp for topping.
- Cut the remaining shrimp into small pieces.
- Heat a skillet on medium-high heat, add the shrimp, season, and cook until pink.
- Remove the shrimp and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Add white wine and lemon juice, then simmer.
- Stir in cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and all shredded cheeses until combined.
- Add red pepper flakes and the cut shrimp back to the skillet.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until the cheeses melt.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with reserved shrimp, and sprinkle with panko.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
- Sprinkle with parsley and allow to cool before serving.
