Shrimp Scampi Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Melt butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and shrimp, sauté until shrimp are almost done, about 2-3 minutes, then remove shrimp from the pan and allow to cool.
- Chop the shrimp into smaller pieces and set aside.
- Add wine and lemon juice to the pan, bring to a simmer.
- Stir in sour cream, cream cheese, ½ cup of cheddar, romano cheese, and mayonnaise.
- Add the chopped shrimp and parsley into the cheese mixture.
- Place the mixture into a baking dish and top with ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden brown or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
