Ingredients

  • ½ cup salted butter, cut into 1 tablespoon pieces
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to chill.
  3. Remove from the refrigerator and whip with a hand blender until thick and fluffy.
  4. Frost over your desired cake or cupcakes.
