Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator and whip with a hand blender until thick and fluffy.
- Frost over your cake or cupcakes.
