Instructions
- Whip the unsalted and salted butter in an electric stand mixer until pale and fluffy.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and add the powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
- Mix on low speed until combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If desired, continue to whip for an additional 3-4 minutes for added fluffiness.
