Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, then drain and dry them.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and spray a nonstick cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the mixture into small ovals and place them on the cookie sheet.
- Bake for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway through until golden.
