Instructions
- Stir fry the riced cauliflower in 2 tablespoons of oil until soft and lightly browned.
- In a large bowl, whisk the egg and mix in the mozzarella, garlic, and sea salt.
- Stir the hot cauliflower rice into the bowl to melt the cheese and make the mixture sticky.
- Use a cookie scoop to form small patties from the mixture.
- Heat the remaining oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the cooked tots to paper towels to drain excess oil.
