Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and olive oil.
- Microwave the cauliflower according to package directions and let it cool.
- Extract moisture from the cauliflower using a dish towel or cheesecloth and place it in a large bowl.
- Break apart the cauliflower florets and add bread crumbs, cheese, egg, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until they hold together.
- Scoop the mixture onto the baking sheet and shape into oval tots.
- Bake for 15 minutes, flip the tots, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until crispy.
- Serve warm.
