Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam the riced cauliflower according to package directions and let it cool slightly.
- Squeeze the steamed cauliflower in a kitchen towel to drain excess water and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk in the eggs, cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Scoop 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape it into tater tots, placing them on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until the tots are firm and golden brown, then allow to cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dipping sauce until well combined.
