Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cups

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until you have 1 cup.
- Add the milk, eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla to the mashed bananas and whisk until combined.
- Stir in the oats, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well mixed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup to the top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before removing.
