Keto Sushi Rolls with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces smoked salmon, thinly sliced, cold
  • 2 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, cut into sticks
  • ½ medium cucumber, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • black and white sesame seeds for garnish
  • soy sauce or tamari, optional, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Cover a flat work surface with plastic wrap and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  2. Arrange slices of salmon on the plastic wrap to create a rectangle.
  3. Line cream cheese, avocado slices, and cucumber sticks on top of the salmon.
  4. Roll the salmon tightly around the filling using the plastic wrap as a guide.
  5. Wrap the roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 16 half-inch-thick pieces.
  7. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
