Instructions
- Cut the red peppers and cucumbers into narrow matchstick pieces and the salmon and avocado into wider pieces.
- Arrange five seaweed snacks in a row on a cutting board and wet the short edge of each sheet with water.
- Place one piece each of salmon, red pepper, cucumber, and avocado at the opposite edge of the first seaweed snack.
- Roll the first seaweed snack and press the edge to seal, placing it seam side down on a plate.
- Repeat the process until all seaweed sheets are used.
