Ingredients

The sushi fillings

  • 4 oz Smoked salmon
  • ¼ large Red bell pepper
  • ½ medium Cucumber
  • ½ medium Avocado

The wrapping

  • 20 sheets Seaweed snacks
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Cut the red peppers and cucumbers into narrow matchstick pieces and the salmon and avocado into wider pieces.
  2. Arrange five seaweed snacks in a row on a cutting board and wet the short edge of each sheet with water.
  3. Place one piece each of salmon, red pepper, cucumber, and avocado at the opposite edge of the first seaweed snack.
  4. Roll the first seaweed snack and press the edge to seal, placing it seam side down on a plate.
  5. Repeat the process until all seaweed sheets are used.
