Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- 2. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl and mix in almond butter, pumpkin, maple syrup, and vanilla until combined.
- 3. Add coconut flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt, whisking until smooth.
- 4. Fold in any optional add-ins like chocolate chips or walnuts.
- 5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- 6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- 7. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
