Instructions
- Prepare the mason jars by lining them up.
- In each jar, add 3 tablespoons of dressing.
- Layer ½ cup diced cucumber, ½ cup sliced carrots, ½ cup diced bell peppers, and ¼ cup edamame.
- Add ½ cup shredded chicken and 1 ½ cups chopped romaine.
- Top with 1 tablespoon green onion and 1 tablespoon cashews.
- Seal the jars and store them in the refrigerator.
