Buffalo Chicken Mason Jar Salad

The Dressing

chopped romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breast using your preferred method until fully cooked.
- If using the stove top, heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, then let it cool.
- Chop the cooked chicken into ½ inch chunks and toss with Frank’s Hot Sauce.
- In four mason jars, place two tablespoons of Greek Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing at the bottom of each jar.
- Layer the chopped veggies, followed by the buffalo chicken, and top with romaine lettuce in each jar.
- Cover the jars and refrigerate until ready to eat.
