Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add flour, creole seasoning, thyme, paprika, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flip, and bake for another 15-20 minutes until tender and crisp.
- For the cheese sauce, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add garlic, cooking for 30 seconds.
- Add milk to the skillet and toss shredded cheese with flour in a bowl before adding to the milk.
- Stir until the cheese is melted and smooth, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve the fries with the cheese sauce.
