Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Slice the sweet potato into ⅓-inch thick slices and then cut into strips.
- Toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil to coat them.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and spices, then toss with the sweet potatoes.
- Place a wire cooling rack over a sheet pan and arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking at 15 minutes and adjusting the time as needed for thickness.
- Once crispy and tender, remove from the oven and serve immediately.
