Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and grease a baking sheet.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into strips, about ¼ to ½ inch thick.
- Place the sweet potato strips in a bowl and add the olive oil, stirring gently to coat.
- Sprinkle salt and paprika evenly over the strips.
- Arrange the strips on the baking sheet, placing the thickest pieces on the outside and the thinnest on the inside.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes, then flip the fries and continue baking for another 7-10 minutes until light brown and crispy.
- Cool slightly before serving.
