The Skewers

Instructions
- Press tofu to remove excess liquid and cut into squares.
- Mix spices in a bowl and coat the tofu, then add BBQ sauce and marinate in the fridge for up to 1 hour.
- Prepare vegetables and soak skewers in water.
- Thread marinated tofu and vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill skewers on medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown, brushing with remaining sauce.
- Serve garnished with fresh cilantro and lime.
