Instructions
- Press the tofu for 1 hour to release excess liquid.
- Simmer Frank's Red Hot, coconut oil, cashew butter, nutritional yeast, and garlic while whisking, then remove from heat and stir in sriracha, cayenne pepper, and chipotle powder.
- Cut the pressed tofu into 8 long strips and place them in a baking dish, pouring the buffalo sauce over them and ensuring they are fully coated.
- Marinate the tofu in the sauce for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Prepare the grill by lightly oiling the grates and heating to medium-high.
- Grill the tofu strips for about 2 minutes on each side until grill marks appear, brushing with more buffalo sauce as needed, for a total cooking time of about 20 minutes.
- Let the grilled tofu cool slightly before threading onto wooden skewers.
- Serve with fresh crudités and a spicy dipping sauce if desired.
