Instructions
- 1. In a small mixing bowl, combine cacao powder, maple syrup, ground cinnamon, salt, and vanilla, whisking to combine.
- 2. Gradually add a little dairy-free milk while whisking until a paste forms, then add the remaining milk and whisk until smooth.
- 3. Stir in chia seeds and whisk again to combine.
- 4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3-5 hours until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
- 5. Stir the mixture once more after 30-45 minutes in the refrigerator to prevent clumping.
- 6. Serve chilled with desired toppings such as fruit, granola, or coconut whipped cream.
