Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except chia seeds and toppings in a mason jar and whisk together.
- Add chia seeds, cover the jar, and shake well.
- Let it sit for a few minutes, then shake again.
- Repeat the shaking and letting sit until the chia seeds start to absorb the liquid.
- Give it a final shake and transfer to the fridge to set, ideally overnight.
- When ready to eat, add your favorite toppings.
