Spinach and Artichoke Melts

Instructions
- Preheat the broiler and simmer water with salt in a skillet.
- Add spinach gradually, cooking until wilted, then drain and cool.
- Chop artichoke hearts and spinach, and mix with garlic, Parmesan, mayonnaise, lemon juice, hot sauce, and salt.
- Toast bread slices under the broiler until lightly browned, then drizzle with oil and top with the spinach mixture.
- Place provolone cheese on top and broil until melted and browned.
