Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

The smoothie

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 container (5.3 oz) nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

The topping

  • 2 tablespoons fat free Reddi-wip

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except the Reddi-wip until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses.
  3. Top each glass with a tablespoon of Reddi-wip.
  4. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired.
