Crock Pot Sazon Pork Chops with Peppers, Olives and Potato

alcapparado or green pimento olives

cup plus 1 tbsp
fresh chopped cilantro

dried bay leaves
Instructions
- Rub the pork chops with crushed garlic, then season with sazon, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle flour over the chops and place them in the slow cooker.
- Add the diced potatoes and peppers on top of the pork.
- Pour the tomato sauce and water over the mixture.
- Add the garlic, olives, cilantro, and bay leaves.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours until the potatoes are tender.
- Transfer the pork chops to a platter, remove bay leaves, and stir in remaining cilantro.
- Serve one chop per plate with sauce and vegetables.
