Pan Seared Salmon

Instructions
- Combine the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, and bouillon powder in a small bowl.
- Brush the salmon lightly with cooking oil and season with salt and pepper, then apply the spice rub.
- Preheat a large heavy skillet or grill pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes, then add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
- Add the salmon to the pan skin side up and sear for about 3 minutes, then flip and sear the other side for 4-5 minutes until the desired doneness is reached.
- Remove from the pan and serve with salad or a side of choice.
