Instructions
- Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it simmers.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate in a medium bowl and add vanilla. Let it sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Cool the chocolate mixture for at least 2 hours, then roll it into small balls.
- Place the chocolate balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate them for a couple of hours or overnight.
- Prepare your desired toppings and roll the truffles in them before serving.
