Instructions
- Heat a grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle over the steaks.
- Cook the steaks on the grill pan to the desired doneness, about 5 to 7 minutes per side, then let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- While the steak rests, combine the onion, dill, and vinegar in another bowl.
- Heat a skillet to medium and warm the pita until browned and slightly puffy.
- Top the pitas with sliced steak, onion mixture, tomato, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and serve warm.
