Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In a mixer, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Scoop out 3 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and place on the baking sheets with space between them.
- Press extra chocolate chips and cranberries on top if desired.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are set and golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
