Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the melted butter, coconut sugar, egg, vanilla, and orange zest.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and mini white chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into balls and slightly flatten them to form cookies.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.
- Allow to cool before serving.
