Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and cream the softened butter in a large bowl.
- Add the brown and white sugars, beating until light and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Mix in the egg, vanilla, and sea salt, and beat again.
- Sift in the whole wheat flour and baking soda, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries, then chill the dough for 10 minutes.
- Shape the dough into rounded tablespoon balls, press them down slightly on a lined cookie sheet, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then let the cookies set on the sheet for 2-3 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
