Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, cream together the brown sugar, white sugar, and butter using an electric mixer until creamy.
- 3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and mix until well combined.
- 4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the salt, baking powder, baking soda, and flour.
- 5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until just incorporated.
- 6. Stir in the oats, dark chocolate chips, and dried cranberries.
- 7. Form the dough into balls, about 1 tablespoon each, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly browned and the cookies are starting to set.
- 9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
