Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together and set aside.
- Cream the butter and sugars together in a stand mixer until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla, scraping the bowl as needed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, cranberries, and pecans (if using) on low speed.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the tops have slight color.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets before transferring them to an airtight container.
