Maple Cashew Glaze

pure maple syrup

melted coconut oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the cinnamon rolls and mix well.
- Refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes to chill and thicken.
- On a large piece of parchment paper, press the dough into an 8" x 12" rectangle.
- Sprinkle coconut sugar and cinnamon over the dough, then roll it tightly using the parchment paper.
- Slice the rolled dough into 6-7 pieces and transfer to the lined baking dish, covering with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until firm.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving with the Maple Cashew Glaze.
- To make the glaze, blend all glaze ingredients until smooth.
