Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients using an electric mixer.
- Press the dough together and roll it out between two pieces of parchment paper to a thickness of ¼ to ½ inch.
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar, then spread it over the rolled dough and drizzle with melted coconut butter.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice it into 8 rolls.
- Arrange the rolls in a lightly greased dish.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden, then let them cool to room temperature.
- Top with the coconut butter glaze.
