Instructions
- Combine the ingredients for the avocado mousse in a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Divide the avocado mousse between 4 small bowls and top each with a teaspoon of chopped pistachios.
- In the same food processor, combine the ingredients for the chocolate mousse and blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Layer the chocolate mousse on top of the reserved avocado mousse and sprinkle with the remaining chopped pistachios.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours to enhance the flavor.
