Instructions
- Cut off the top of the pomegranate, about ΒΌ inch.
- Score the sides of the pomegranate along the ridges without slicing open the arils.
- Peel the fruit open and divide it into segments.
- Fill a large bowl with water and submerge the segments.
- Remove the seeds from the skin and membranes, skimming off the white bits and draining the seeds.
