Instructions
- Drizzle oil onto the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees.
- Season the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and the burger seasoning.
- Form 4 burger patties, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
- Place the burgers onto the smoker.
