Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

The assembly

  • 4 slices cheese (any type)
  • 4 brioche buns buns

Instructions

  1. Drizzle oil onto the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  2. Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees.
  3. Season the ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and the burger seasoning.
  4. Form 4 burger patties, being careful not to overwork the mixture.
  5. Place the burgers onto the smoker.
  6. Smoke the burgers until they reach your desired internal temperature, using a meat thermometer.
  7. Top each burger with a slice of cheese before removing from the grill.
  8. Allow the burgers to rest for 10 minutes before serving on buns.
