Instructions
- Prepare the queso dip by mixing shredded cheeses with cornstarch and setting aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.

- For the burgers, season ground beef with liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, and burger seasoning.
- Form the beef into 4 patties without overworking the meat.
- Cook the patties in an air fryer or on a grill, ensuring they reach the desired doneness.
- Serve the burgers on brioche buns topped with the queso dip.
