Instructions
- Line the rim of the champagne flutes with juice and then sweetener.
- Add the frozen peaches, Prosecco, and vodka to a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth, about 45-60 seconds.
- Taste the mixture and add sweetener if desired, then blend again briefly.
- Serve in champagne flutes.
