Instructions

  1. Peel the peaches, slice them in half, and remove the pits.
  2. Blend the halved peaches until smooth to make peach purée.
  3. Chill the peach purée in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Pour 2 ounces of chilled peach purée into a Champagne flute.
  5. Add chilled Prosecco carefully to avoid overflowing.
  6. Gently stir to combine and garnish with a peach slice if desired.
  7. Serve immediately.
