Instructions
- Peel the peaches, slice them in half, and remove the pits.
- Blend the halved peaches until smooth to make peach purée.
- Chill the peach purée in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Pour 2 ounces of chilled peach purée into a Champagne flute.
- Add chilled Prosecco carefully to avoid overflowing.
- Gently stir to combine and garnish with a peach slice if desired.
- Serve immediately.
