Instructions
- Fluff the sushi rice and set aside.
- Place a sheet of nori onto a bamboo mat and add rice to one corner, spreading it evenly while leaving half an inch from the top uncovered.
- Add the imitation crab meat, cucumber, avocado, and spicy mayo.
- Roll the sushi tightly from both ends.
- Top the roll with sliced sushi grade salmon and slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
