California Roll

The filling

Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear, then cook it with water in a rice cooker.
- Once cooked, let the rice cool and mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Prepare the crab meat by mixing it with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat and spread a thin layer of rice over it.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on the rice, then flip the nori over.
- Add cucumber, avocado, and crab mixture on top of the nori.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat and trim the ends.
- Slice the roll into 5-6 pieces and serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
