Instructions
- Toast the nori sheets over a gas burner or in the oven until they turn bright green.
- Cut each toasted nori sheet in half width-wise to create 16 pieces.
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, scallions, mayonnaise, red pepper flakes (if using), and lime juice.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- To assemble, hold a piece of nori shiny-side down and scoop 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture onto the left side.
- Top with a slice of avocado, cucumber slices, and sprouts.
- Fold the bottom left corner of the nori over the filling and wrap the long part around to form a cone.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if desired and eat immediately.
