Simple Crab Salad

Instructions
- Combine crab meat, scallions, parsley, and chili pepper (if using) in a large bowl, and season with salt and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Pour the mayonnaise dressing over the crab mixture and mix carefully.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, or pepper as needed.
- Serve the salad over greens or in lettuce wraps, or spoon it into endive spears or mini sweet peppers.
