Freezer-Friendly Greens and Tofu Scramble Wraps

The wraps

Instructions
- 1. Combine tofu, nutritional yeast, turmeric, and garlic powder in a large bowl and set aside.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add onion, and cook until softened.
- 3. Add mushrooms and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 4. Stir in greens and the tofu mixture, cooking until the greens have wilted.
- 5. Divide the filling onto each tortilla and fold them like burritos.
- 6. To freeze, wrap each burrito tightly in plastic wrap and place in a freezer bag.
- 7. To reheat, remove plastic wrap, loosely wrap in paper towel, and microwave until heated through.
