Instructions
- Blot the tofu with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan or cast-iron skillet.
- If using, sauté onions or veggies until tender-crisp, then set aside.
- Crumble the tofu into the pan and break it apart into small pieces.
- Sauté the tofu for 4-5 minutes without stirring, then season with salt, pepper, spices, and nutritional yeast.
- Stir and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
- For a creamier texture, add a splash of plant-based milk.
- Add cooked veggies or spinach if desired, adjust seasoning, and garnish with green onions before serving.
