Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Add dry herbs and cook for 30 seconds, stirring frequently.
- Add crumbled tofu to the skillet and stir in garlic powder, turmeric, nutritional yeast, and soy sauce.
- Cook until the liquid evaporates and tofu deepens in color, about 10 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy.
