Fluffy Tofu Scramble

black salt (kala namak, optional)
The liquid

unsweetened soy milk or almond milk
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the diced onion and minced garlic for about 5 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
- Crumble the pressed tofu into the pan using your hands.
- Mix the seasonings together in a bowl and sprinkle them over the tofu mixture.
- Stir to combine until the seasonings are fully incorporated, then reduce heat to low and add the milk, stirring to combine.
- Cook for about 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, and add more milk if desired.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Remove from heat, add kala namak if using, and stir to combine before serving.
