Instructions
- Whisk together almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic, mustard, turmeric, cumin, and salt in a small bowl, then set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in crumbled tofu and cook until heated through, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in the almond milk mixture, and cook for an additional 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season to taste with more salt and black pepper, then serve with desired toppings.
